My complaint:

I order a 55$ Billie eilish hoodie. As soon as I press order I emailed them asking if I could return if it didn’t fit because all size from every storeonline are different from eachother. And didn’t respond. So last week of May 6- the 10th I received my hoodie and it wasn’t like the picture online. It’s just not the quality for what I paid for. I Emailed them asking to see if I can return and how can I return it. They sent me a link, but when I clicked on it said that link wasn’t available. Then I send them an email saying that it wasn’t available didn’t get an email back that was like 2-3 weeks ago. I’ve waited to long and just want my $$ back.
