Mytrip.com complaint: They are taking ages to refund me

My complaint:

I bought 2 tickets via mytrip with the airline kenyanairways
I contacted both. Now, kenyan airways said the refund gas been done to the agency (mytrip)
Which now doesn’t answer anymore.

Suggested solution:

They should refund me
