My complaint:
I bought the gothamsteel smokeless grill. I was disappointed when I opened the box and it was the small grill not the one advertised on the show. I used it four times and each time my kitchen filled up with smoke. I grilled sausage, pork chops twice and chicken legs . The cooling pan was hot instead of cool. The heating element had cool spots too.
Suggested solution:
I want my returned shipping cost refunded because they claimed to have a smokeless grill and that is not true. I had to pay $30.90 to send it back. If the items as good as they say it is , they should offer returned shipping cost especially when the product do not work as advertised .
