Instacart complaint: the ID scanner never works on my enhanced license

My complaint:

Hi, all the drivers have been great. But every time someone tries to scan my (legitimate WA State drivers license) the scanner cannot capture it. Previously, drivers entered the info manually. Now they are not allowed to do that resulting in a lengthy delay of the deliver while the driver had to call someone. I am reluctant to order again because that is an ordeal. Perhaps you could go back to manual entry or let them scan the front of the ID. Maybe they could take a photo of the id and send it in that way? Anyhow, I am afraid you may have lost my business. And it was a lot of business.

Suggested solution:

Because the scanner seems to be the issue (and I am not sure why my id consistenly fails the scanner but when entered manually it is OK) drivers could just take a photo of the card, both sides and text that to wherever you need it. OR. I would be willing to apply for some special instacard customer id if that would work. I am really pretty frustrated and this capper of not letting them enter the info manually is causing me tolook elsewhere for grocery assistance. There are lots of options out there.
