The Capital Realty Group complaint: Fox view apartments

My complaint:

I been living in fox view apartments 19 oxford drive apt 9 since January 28,2020 and I been having a lot of issues with there apartment and security for one when I first moved in the management walked me to the apartment and left I was trying to ask questions about the apartment and they didn’t walk me around my apartment or they didn’t do an expection before I moved in they just moved me right in after I sign my lease and when I first moved in paint was on my three bedrooms carpet and on the carpet in my hallway by my middle room and paint on my living room carpet as well and my toilet handle was broke and I call management to fix it the maintenance came and put a key chain on the toilet bowel in side and it still was fix they did it three times so I call national housing complaint on them and they talk to mangement and they gave me a whole new toilet and I had to call national housing complaint another time because they gave me false and wrong voliences papers in my door and national housing complaint call and talk to them about it and they took All off where I don’t have any voliences and sent a letter saying they can’t give me no voliences without Proof first and I’m having a lot of problems with the security officers they band our company for no reason at all they just visit or drop us off and leave and as soon as they come into our complex to visit or drop us off here come security banding them and a couple of weeks I’m living here security and Police knock on my door talking about open the damn door right now so I didn’t open it I talked to them through the door and told them I’m not opening my door for wat and u have to have a search Warrant to come in my apartment and they left me alone and I was going through something’s that day so when I called the police on my friend sister cause she was trying to fight me I told the security and police I want my friend gone to and never to come back over here cause he made me mad at him about what happen with his sister that live in the complex too so they bandit my friend Ronnie Hubbert from the complex for what I told them which I don’t think that’s right but he didn’t do anything to them or residents or me to be bandit because he have his mother,daddy and sisters live in the complex too and he can’t see his family cause he band from the complex that’s not right and I want to know how my friend can get the band off him and he brought me in to the complex tonight July 25 or 26 because I have three little babies and they was sleeping and my purse and ba baby bag and another bag and two car seats and he didn’t want me to stuggle with trying to get it down from the very end of the complex by myself and it’s dark down there to be walk with my babies and all these stuff so he drove me into the complex and here come security talking crazy and they called the police and the police gave my friend a court day for trespassing tonight because his mother told him he wasn’t band anymore and I have pictures and recordings of everything and I went off cause all the security do is band peoples all day for no reason at all they just be on bull stuff all day I know it’s there job but they are doing to much cause when my cousins come to visit me for a couple of hours they pick and Mellow with them as while ask for ids and I come outside and say they with me and then they leave them alone and that’s call harrissment and I’m tried of security doing it please help me please and I told security that some teenagers was smoking weed in my hallway and they didn’t do anything about it at all

Suggested solution:

Fire the security and put new ones to secure the complex the right way because my neighbors and the other peoples over here having some of the same issues with security
