My complaint:

I have called AOL tech support. I am paying for the support. I have called at least 5-6 times and have provided the information. I then get transferred to tech support and they ask the same questions I gave to the previous peon. Then the girl tells me you should get a case number so that they don’t have to ask redundant questions. Have wasted over 2 hours of my time. Asked to talk to the supervisor waited on the line for 10 minutes and told no supervisors available. Requested Billing to cancel support service, the dumb girl added insults to my injuries by stating she was from Billing department

Suggested solution:

Move the Tech support from Philippines out. Transfer to Nicaragaua. Technicians are so courteous and knowledgeable I cannot believe it. The Philippina girls are arrogant and ignorant. They do not know what customer service is getting customer service from the Phillipne call center, is getting frustration service. I am not a masacist. I do not pay to get my BP high and waste my .time. I have been a loyal AOL customer for last 20-25 years. The service we got for years was second to none. Courteous, professional and intelligent support. Please cancel service with your Service provider in Philippines and bring it bring it back to the Americas(north, Central or South)
