My complaint:
I have had Dish for 3 years now. My son was coming to visit so I ordered another box for the TV in the bedroom for $7.00 a month Today now when I called to find out when my 2 year contract would expire they told me I had signed up for 2 more years when I ordered the box.I am very upset about this I would not have ordered it if I knew I was signing up for another 2 years. Now I dont know what I should do because I am unhappy with the channels I receive mostly info commercials and old shows . I know they will ruin my credit if I dont pay . Dish is not a company that is straightforward I will not pay them another dime for lying to me
Suggested solution:
I would just like to end the contract they say I have and not deal with the liars again
