Complaint: Taken wrong amont out of checkin accout

My complaint:

UPON trying to rent living room set. The store manager at store 4452 store manager Joseph on false pretense tried to get me to co sign for furniture stating it just used as an reference just in case they can not reach the person’s who is renting since it is there first time customer.Patiently I waited to he finished his spill and asked him why does it say cosigner then. I told him this is not good buisness to lie to a customer who has sense. The assistant manager came out the office observed quietly shaking his head. The manager then stated well I was gonna tell you that like you said it’s like consigning for a car. 2ndly I went to another branch and was told I had to go in my zip code area. Went back service again was substandard. The manger took my pay and said he has another customer who wants do an application so he is just gonna give me a receipt. And when the furniture gets delivered he will have the delivery guys bring both contracts one for me and one to sign for the company. I politely declined. Telling him he has taken my money and I want the paperwork. He reluctantly complied. I also told him bi weekly payment after I saw contract had monthly he switched it on my paper saying no problem. The problem is he did not switch it in the computer and they took payment for a month out making ne without payment for ny other Bill’s. He also claimed the furniture was new off the floor at eastridge store I told him no I want brand new off the truck. He said no he will not do this because it’s new. So I agreed. 1 hour before delivery the assistant manager calls me and tell me that it is damaged. So now they ordered a new ordered a new set to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I asked what is my discount he said the payments will go toward the new set when I get it. I said that’s not any kind of discount for having damaged furniture. I placed a call with corporate to see how they are going to handle this situation. I’m reporting shady buisness. The manager refuses to reverse the charges saying I have to prove it . I know what I can afford to pay and when I never agreed to monthly let alone damaged looking used. ( who talks to customers like this)
All he had to do is reverse the money. When it gets posted on my account tomorrow I will issue a stop pay. And go elsewhere and pay or have them to come and get it.

Desired solution:

The manager be removed from company for untrue buisness dealings. He has been taking advantage of alot of uneducated customers but it is time out for his shunaggin s.
