Coin Master complaint: Taken money from my bank account

My complaint:

I have purchased some of the smaller packages on the coin master game. Just now I purchased the £6.99 diamond heist offer and it has taken £18.95 from my bank. This is not the first time they have done this, I would estimate over £100 has been taken above what I have purchased. I need this money back, how do I go about getting this back.
