My complaint:
on 10 th jan 2021, I had placed 2 orders 1 from Pizza Hut and 2 from pind Punjab, through Swiggy app. 1st order was prepaid and was delivered on time.
At the time of 2nd order delivery due to some network issue my phone was reachable, but your delivery guy came to my flat along with my security guard to deliver and take payment in cash. Post receiving cash the delivery guy of swiggy has marked the order cancelled in the system, due to which you swiggy is asking me to pay twice for the same order.
1. I have tried speaking to the customer care officers… who only have one reply that I should have checked and reverted in 48 hrs. which is not a valid response
2. I have recorded proof of ur guy coming delivering and taking cash from me and giving me change.
Suggested solution:
I need a written apology from them and a reimbursement for the harassment
