My complaint:

This is to report about the multiple issues with the below mentioned order., first foremost; the order was supposed to be delivered by 7:10 pm, but delivered by 7.35 pm.

And when I enquired the delay reason to the agent he didn’t responded properly. Moreover his response was so rude. And, I came or know that he’d multiple orders for delivery.

When you charge extra for delivery, how can you assign multiple orders for one agent, do you think that you offer food for free? I’ve paid you right, be sensible for what you charge.

I demand a proper explanation for the rude behaviour, delayed delivery.
