My complaint:

I had breast implants in June 2018. I was not satisfied with the result. I have been since then been trying to obtain my certificate for my implants which has been promised to be sent over to me. I am constantly being ignored. My ceryificatecshill has not been sent, and they are not addressing my issues. I have paid a lot of money for my procedure and in all my attempts to put things right, they fail to communicate with me.

Suggested solution:

To honistly communicate with me, with some care and compassion.To have my problem fixed to what I want, to receive my certificate for my implants. To be quiet honest, I have lost trust with this company, so my most comfortable solution would be for them to reimburse my money for these implants to be redone elsewhere. I would like a full detailed report of implants used and procedure carried out.
