My complaint:
My family and I came in for lunch on 10-11-2019 and wasn’t busy at all. The woman behind the counter was on her cell phone. We stood there for around 5 min or less waiting for her to take our older before she finally got off her phone. Then took a long time to do our order.
Suggested solution:
The workers need to learn that they shouldn't be on their phones on company time that why they have breaks
