My complaint:

We ordered delivery and waited an hour. I called and they had gone to the wrong address. In this day of GPS, how a driver can go to the wrong address is puzzling. The person who answered the phone told me twice not to take out my attitude on her for something she didn’t do put me on hold?? They finally delivered the pizzas after I explained to the driver that, contrary to me giving him the wrong address, he had gone to the wrong house. That’s the story he gave the GM. The pizzas had been sitting under a heat lamp for 40 minutes rendering them completely inedible. The General Mgr said she didn’t know what to do, so she did nothing. I would never order from them again. Rude, inept poor quality.
