My complaint:
On December 17, 2018 I ordered a part of my 2011-2014 WRX STI Sedan V3 Rear Diffuser car in the amount of $ 233.74, at the Strafe Designs store located at 3646 W 2100 S 84120 Salt Lake City Utah. As of today January 14 2019 I have not received my order, I contacted the owner named Brandon Kone by email to his company on several occasions when he did not receive any reply, I wrote him on his personal Facebook. I have not received a good response about my order in what state or what has happened to it. I have read many people giving complaints about this man and his shop Strafe Designs Coatings that does not send the orders and creates a false label to fix the problem in different pages like www.bbb.org.

I HEREBY REQUEST MY MONEY BACK OR MY ITEM ASAP.
