My complaint:
I bought an IBD Airbed queen battery pump at the price of 27.06 on 06182019 the store manager Lashondra aka Dedra refuse to give me my cash back from the store because of store policy.She told me to call the 1 888-220-2207 to the kentex corporate witch I did call will I the family dollar store within 24hrs of my purchase of their merchant dice.I will like my money back please thank you
Suggested solution:
The store manager was nonshallut about at least helping me get my money back I did not like her costumer service work.please contact the store to make it aware that her job duty was not acceptable.
