My complaint:
It is very hard to keep an civilized approach when it comes to ParcelCompare.
1. I sent a parcel to Romania on the 22nd of nov, and got rejected by customs as the delivery address was a store where my friend works and treated the parcel as commercial when it was not. They didn’t provide us time to resolve the paperwork and gave it back to the carrier. The carrier then informed ParcelCompare and started moving the parcel after they automatically took money from my account without permission. They should have asked me if I want it returned or disposed!
2. When the parcel arrived back in Uk after almost a month, it was delivered to the wrong address as the paperwork done by the carrier and ParcelCompare ( again ).
3. When it finally arrived back to me of course it was damaged due to all the mistakes they have done in transporting this parcel and what made me really angry it was that a box with cosmetics and a photo album were missing from inside, someone stoled them.
4. They didn’t took any responsability, no refund was given to me and I was blamed for not wrapping the box , they said the stolen item must have fallen out from the box during transoport. Transport they’ve handled with so money mistakes from their part
Photos, email and documents can be provided as proof upon request as they contain personal data and transaction details , plus the names of all the carriers, employees everything that was done on the parcel. All the mistakes and no refund!
I have to change bank now as my credit card details have been stored by them and who knows when they can charge me again without approval.
Suggested solution:
I want to be refunded for the transport I paid and they made mistakes after mistakes handling it plus refund for the stolen items.
