My complaint:
I ordered an electric scooter from Amazon on 25 February 2021 and I paid it the same day, The item should arrive between 14th and 18th March 2021 but until now nothing.
I called the customer service two times and they were telling me “wait 2 days if you will not receive your delivery then you will be reimbursed“.
I bought many items for this scooter (lights, helmet, lock, high visibility jacket, …) I also changed apartment to a traveling distance to my work location with this scooter, and the most embarrassing thing is that all my colleagues are aware that I bought a scooter and everyday laughing at me that I changed all my lifestyle for a scooter which I am not going to receive.
Today I can’t track my order, I can not know when or how I will get and everytime they are telling me to wait 2 more days.
Suggested solution:
To solve this issue is only to deliver my item because if we will proceed with the claim of damages the bill will be very long
