My complaint:
We went to rent a room so my son can swim for his birthday the lady told us they don’t rent to drug dealers and prostitutes I asked her so what are u staying we are drug dealers n prostitutes with kids with us she said well it’s a local thing but would not give us a refund cause she was still gonna give us the room we asked to talk to a manager she said the manager was not there covered up her name tag so we could not see her name we asked the guy that name is John what was her name he said he could not give us that info even though it’s on a name tag that costumers could see she covered it up he continued to tell us he don’t care what she said n we need to get out even tho we had a room key to a room that was not all together he said it’s the room we deserve
Suggested solution:
I would like this to be handled accordingly I will continue to try and contact the manager Jean Kelly because this is unacceptable I felt really stereotyped and belittled
