My complaint:
Ihave been a customer of this particular store for several years, and have noticed how untrained the staff always is. The turnover rate is ridiculous because the manager in the store has no pride or work ethics. I have been treated rudely and ignored because I have complained to the corporation about how lazy the management in this store is. They are always outside smoking cigarettes while new hires try to figure out how to run the register. The corporation needs to seriously investigate not only the manager and assistant managers of this store but also the area manager of this store
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to go into the store and not feel like I am walking into a hostile environment. Also I would also like to be able to get the product and leave in a timely manner instead of having to wait in line wow there\'s only one cashier but for 5 employees standing around.
