My complaint:
We haven’t really liked our sprint phone we have to go outside to use most of the time. We have had these phone for yrs. even through these phone have given us terrible service. My husband tried to return phones yesterday they treated like a piece of sh– They were so rude and at first try to tell we couldn’t stop his service. Then they told him the phone must be working and good condition they were. They continue to be rude and hostile to him in front of people I’m sure my phone was free and my husband was rented. But we were sure of this. They also gave me a number that was someone elses so I had trouble signing in to facebook I will never have there service ever and will tell everyone on to get sprint
Suggested solution:
I am going to return both phones today. I want these people fired for treating him the way they did and humiliating him in front of other people. I will be going with my husband today,
