My complaint:
I have been receiving multiple calls on my 4 lines identifying themselves as Sprint, they say that my phones has been deactivated, asking for my billing number and even my password.
Apparently who calling us are using a sprint number: 1-888-211-4727. I had call Sprint about this problem to investigate, my account appear good but I even received on one of my phone to make a payment without signing in my account. I requested multiple times since last week to investigate and Sprint refer me to this page.
Suggested solution:
I feel like somebody is trying to hack my account. I would like this to be investigated.
