My complaint:
I called to check on my order that was over an hour late for delivery. They couldn’t locate my order. I was asked for my name and address several times. I asked to speak to a manager. Hector got on the phone spoke to me very rudely. I told him I’d been waiting over an hour. He said well we’re busy what do you want? I told him decent customer service would be nice. He began to yell at me and hung up the phone. I tried to call back to tell him to cancel the pizza but it was delivered. I told him to refund me as I didn’t want the pizza at this point. He said ok and hung up on me again.
Suggested solution:
I don’t work for Dominoes so it’s not my call but at the very least you should employee a manager that knows how to provide a basic level of Customer Service
