My complaint:
Due to covid fears the original booking was canceled. The airline would not issue a refund due to their policy and eventually issued a credit for future flights. We would like to use the credit in early 2023, but the flight schedules for that time are not available so nothing can be booked. I am unfamiliar with their credit policy and when you call customer service the first message discusses items in 2021 so it has not been updated to current times. I have tried numerous times to reach customer service to find out how to redeem this credit or receive a refund, but the phone call dies out after a few minutes on hold. The website was no help.
Suggested solution:
Either contact me to advise how to apply these credits to a future flight in 2013 or issue a refund.
