My complaint:
I went to get my blood drawn and she asked which arm I said I have a lot of problems with my veins and I needed smaller needles she didn’t use and touch one spot wiped off and jammed the needle in my arm so hard it was excruciating pain and was my nerve it was like getting shock with painful needle going in my arm and fingers I cried and she said nothing and I was dizzy and felt sick and went outside shaking and got sick and couldn’t drive from the pain had too sit there until I wasn’t shaking I called two times too complain and no one calls me back
Suggested solution:
SHE SHOULD BE FIRED I am in pain and can\\\'t hardly move my arm
