Complaint: Slow to deliver, products often wrong size or substitute items not on order

My complaint:

Have ordered numerous items over past two years. Often they take months to arrive, are never the correct size or are substitute items not on the original order. Some items never arrived. Still waiting for an expensive $60 dollar item from December was meant to be a gift. Everyone should stop buying this crap. Quality is low and often not made of the materials advertised.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I've tried many times to post a complaint on Wish App but it either failed or no solution was offered. My Aunt just got two products she bought and both were wrong size. My suggestion is stop ripping us off with next to no Customer Service. It's time to buy American again. I'm just really upset with so many scammers on Wish.
