My complaint:
I fully paid the fare fly to Manila Philippines on the 23of December this year and upon check in I have no seat and my name is not in their PAL system
I had an evedince that I paid the full amount of my fare and the evedince of my cancelled flight prior of the agency called SKY VENDOR LTD
Suggested solution:
I want my full payment fare back and cancelled the license of the agency.bec of the stress that he gave me.
