My complaint:
I ordered two items from SkinnyShapers.com on 122818. I received an email ation of my order, and the email stated it could take 15-21 days. I sent numerous emails to their support division asking for a tracking order of my number and got NO reply. I called the phone number on their website and that number is not a working number. I just want the two items I ordered, or a full refund.
