My complaint:

I ordered a heated insole for me and family with a fancy key fob controller and wireless heaters for your shoes to keep your feet warm.I spent over $100 for the 5 pair that I bought. After several times contacting the company asking where my product was I got a reply and was saying it should arrive soon. I waited and finally received my insoles.Not what I ordered and not as I paid for. Looking at the reviews on fb others had also got a low grade insole and only thing the company would do is offer 7 dollars to make up for their mistake.,but if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for shipping to send it back to china.told them I did not make the mistake and don’t feel as I should pay for their screw up. This is their way of selling a lower grade product for a much higher price and then sticking the consumer with cost to resolve .

Suggested solution:

I want the original item that I paid for.3 setting key fob controller with wireless heated insoles. and not these insoles that has a cord coming from it to charge and no controller to turn on or off or how hot you desire your feet to be.If they can\'t send me what I paid for then a full refund with a prepaid mail return slip so I can send these cheap ones back at no cost to me.
