Racing Green Menswear complaint: Shirt shrinking

My complaint:

My husband has purchased a shirt from debenhams by racing green, after wearing it he washed it it shrunk. He took it back to debenhams they were happy to replace it for another one same make colour. Again he washed it again it shrunk, he really did love this shirt but after it shrinking again he had a full refund. We are just wondering how does this keep happening how bad is it that it has happened twice, it doesn’t put our trust into this make to buy something again from this brand of clothing.
