Complaint: Shipping date keeps changing

My complaint:

Ordered items. They charged credit card. Shipping was to take 4 weeks. On the day I was supposed to receive they changed date for an additional two weeks. Tried to contact them to tell them to cancel order. You cannot call them. Everything done via email. They still have not issued credit back to card.
