My complaint:
WE had 2 armed gun men running around just a few doors away, they charge their customers 911 charges but FAIL TO PROVIDE it !! PEOPLE WERE IN SERIOUS SERIOUS DANGER AND THEY ADDED TO IT!!
Suggested solution:
I would like them to do the services they charge us for and we should’nt have to pay anymore because we have and they haven’t done it!!
