My complaint:
On Feb 14, 2021 I sent in a complaint that I had ordered 2 lobster tails and 2lbs of spiced shrimp. When I got them home to serve for the occassion couldn’t pull the tails from the shell, the lobster had been over cooked and rubbery, and the shrimp were over cook as well .I didn’t think it would take this long for you to get back to me, this store seems to have a problem with cooking sea food this isn’t the first time this has happen with shrimp. But this was a special occasion and sitting down to eat and find the isn’t acceptable.
Suggested solution:
Refund or replace the food
