My complaint:
I woke up to multiple UNAUTHORIZED payments to an unknown user on cash app. I do not know this person and they somehow stole over 150$ from my account. I contacted cash app support and they are trying to say these transactions were authorized when I did NOT authorize these payments nor do I know the person who stole the money from me.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the money that was STOLEN from me through their app. It should not be this easy to steal money from someone’s account.
