My complaint:
Tire and service in downtown ludington had me pay 716 to get my Chevy avoe fixed I paid them and then I come back a few weeks later with the same problem and not only does it still have holes in the vacuum that they said they replaced, it has the same issues and what they do to fix it is duck tape the holes and bungee cord the filter shut. I am livid and he says free of charge for that. I paid this company 716 to fix my car and not only am I treated poorly they fix it with duck tape and call it good. This isn’t the first time they have messed up but this is the biggest one yet and so disrespectful. Last time they messed up my oil change put the wrong filter on it and never even changed the oil. Now they charge me for 716 dollars worth of work and didn’t fix the problem at all and tell me I can’t have my converter looked at without an additional charge. If this is how ludington let’s their company’s work then I don’t want to live here anymore.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund and an apology.
