My complaint:
Although I had bought the 10 kilo luggage and priority ticket, I had to pay 20€ for my handbag luggage (which was included in the price) that I brought to the check in.The woman employee with ID 0171 said we had to pay the 20 euros, despite that my handbag was totally fitting in the recommended sizes. I have kept the receipt. Flight number: FR1270 from BGY – ATH on 03 May 2019
Suggested solution:
I want to be refunded for the 20€ back for my handbag since I had already paid for the luggage. Additionally i want to report this employee for this unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and pay a penalty to the company.
