My complaint:
I have been going to oodyessy for almost 3 yrs the staff is extremly rude every month i have a appt w them and it never fails they cancel my appt withouy calling me so i had aappt today for 10 and igot there at 930. My wife wasjust dignose w breast cancer and she had surgrey fri the 23 the lady at thefeont desk sa8d she called friday and i told hershe wasa liar cause my phone never rang. I had. To fight like hell for them to give me refills onmy meds the meds i take i cant not just stop and these girls that wrk there dont have no cares about the patients. Simething needs to be done

The office be well aware about doing the rifht protacall. Make. Sure the patientsdo recieve propernofitifaction.
