My complaint:

I was scheduling an appointment for behavioral health. (Northside Dr) The 1st time I called, the lady hung up in my face. The 2nd time, she told me to call back in 2 hours so I did. I kept getting transferred and having to repeat myself over and over again to different people. After FINALLY getting an appointment set, I asked 1 question about proof of income got transferred AGAIN (to finance department I’m assuming) where I was fussed at by an employee for calling so close to closing time. After explaining to her that I didn’t know, she cut me off said mmhmm You know what time we close. She even said I started not to answer the phone! My appointment was anxiety related. Now its worse because of that unprofessional situation.

Suggested solution:

I think the staff should be retrained for better customer service and politeness. I hope that the staff will get an understanding that an employee should never fuss at a customer; let alone a patient.
