Complaint: Rude employees

My complaint:

I went through the drive thru on 112720 at 7:15 pm. I ordered the two cheese burger meal with a Dr Pepper plus an extra dr. Pepper. The cashier asked me if I wanted extra fries or apple slices. ( That is what I heard)
Then when I got to the window I had a happy meal. I tried to explain to the employee that later would not give me his name that there was a mis communication and to please fix it and I would pay the difference. He said that I ordered that and I had to keep it. I got upset and he said if I wanted an extra burger I had to go back through the line. I went back through the line and when I got back to the rude guy I tried to tell him that that was no way to handle the situation and it was poor customer service. The manager Trevor was no help whatsoever and I think you should have them better trained. So, basically I was heard incorrectly when ordering. I was not offered a refund or any sort of compensation. I can’t tell you how many times we have gone through the drive through at this location only to get home and find an item missing… I am attaching a photo of both receipts.

Suggested solution:

Put those two jokers through another training and demote the manager because he clearly has no idea to handle a problem or complaint

last week, my son and i went to have breakfast at Mc.D at Puchong Permai Selangor. Before i finish my meal, one of the staff keep taking with HIGH volume voice to one of the staff (something like complaining the 2nd staff didnt do). As a senior she shouldnot toucher her staff infront of everybody. She must consult her staff in a different room or she can talk nicely to him because customer still inside the premises. i can see not only me look at the high volume staff. She is so rude.
