My complaint:
I was trying to contact a loved 9ne admitted to hospital when i called several times they were very cold hearted
Unhelpful rude extremely disrespectful to me i was just trying to check the status of a loved one and 8 didn’t deserve that treatment. Please retrain or fire those ignorant nurses and representatives ive spoken to should have recording of oyr conversation.
Suggested solution:
Have them retrained and or fired
