Subway complaint: Rude and demeaning behaviour from staff

My complaint:

I have been a long time customer and today I came in for the first time in a awhile, to your store 40390. I ordered a tuna sandwich and while I was getting the dressing and fixings on there I asked for very little mayonnaise very little mustard very little oil and vinegar and what I got were loads of it I briefly complained and asked the young lady to please work on not putting so much on her response was “yeah oh well“ I said oh OK well maybe an apology would be better than that. The African-American gentleman there then yelled at me and said hey you don’t need to talk to her like that she is a lady I said wait a second I’m also a customer and I’m expressing my concern about my sandwich I just paid for his response was why don’t you just not come back I can Ban you from the store you know that, is this the kind of experience I’m gonna have because I’ll just go to another subway, although this subway is just 2 blocks from me, and I’ll make sure to put my remarks in yelp and also on Facebook this is the reason why I stopped coming because of the mentality and the way that they talk to people here. This all happened in front of other customers that were as well appalled.

Suggested solution:

Some sort of customer service training and also disciplinary action should be taken.
