My complaint:
Hi have ordered several items three are very poor. Not as expected would like a refund as consumer rights. Every time we get in touch they ask for photos .shouldn’t have to do this as no other online service operate in this way. Three products 25pound one 16 pound and 12 pound. Would like full refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund and able to send rubbish produ8 back.
