My complaint:
Mr. replaced my roof in 2009 it has leaked ever since causing my ceiling to crack and drip water every time it rains. He has come out and caulked under the shingles only to make things worse. I have had to get another company to fix the problem at a cost of over $1800.00. I have tried to contact him on several occassions to reimburse me and to get my ceiling repaired and I get no response from him.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursed for the faulty job and to have my ceiling repaired.
