My complaint:
On November 15, 2018. I and several others caught busc91 from the Palisades Mall in WestcNyackntovSpringbValley. We caught the bus atv3:57 pm. I understand there was snow but I and plenty other passengers sat on the bus for five hours on Rpute 303 by Rockland Diagnosis . Everyone on the bus called the dispatcher for TOR bus countless times, including the sheriffs dept and clarkstown police. One passenger asked the bus driver ( black guy with dreads ) he refused to speak to the officers. Five hours still on the bus waiting for 5 plus hpurs and waiting. If something happens to my loved one on this bus TPR will be held responsible to the fullest….TOR SUCKS THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION..
Suggested solution:
Hold Tor bus responsible for making passenger sit on a cold dark bus on 303 for 5 plus hours and still on the bus....BIG REIMBURSEMENTS SHOULD BE PAID TO EVERYONE WHO COULD GET TO THEIR DESTINATION .
