My complaint:
Hello,
I am a Roblox user, and my account was automatically registered under the Vietnamese company VNG when I first created it. I am not living in Vietnam and never selected that country.
Because of this, my account is permanently locked to Vietnam, and I cannot change the country or region in the settings. I contacted Roblox Support, but they replied that my account is subject to VNG terms and that I must create a new account.
This is unfair because:
I did not intentionally register in Vietnam.
Roblox should allow users to correct their country if it was automatically detected incorrectly.
I have purchases and progress in this account that I will lose if I must start over.
I am requesting Roblox and VNG to unlock my account region or allow users to change their country from Vietnam to their actual residence.
