My complaint:

They have had my money tied up since last Tuesday I made a mistake instead of signing in I was signing up by mistake I understand the security for customers but I explained to them what happened it shouldn’t take a week now to straighten this out with all my money being tied up

Suggested solution:

Reopen my account so I have access to my money I'm broke
