i called union plus motor club earlier about 1:30 pm today friday 06142019 to have our 2005 ford exployer picked up from the parking lot of dollar tree @ 50580 maine street in cabazon ,ca to be towed to 64310 appaliachian street in desert hot springs , ca which i left intructions for the tow co. driver to contact me 10 minutes before arriving. i never heard anything back from the driver so i assumed he just dropped our vehicle @ our home .my husband got off of work @ 10:00pm drove by the location of our truck and noticed our truck was still in the parking lot and he was pissed he then called me @ home pissed off i was pissed also i called union plus motor club to ask them why in hell was our truck not towed the genleman on the phone said mam i don’t know but let me find out why he put me on hold ,and came back to tell me that someone called me @ 5:30 pm and left me a message that the company ( tow ) they had gotten it would be a over charge of $115.00 dollars are you kidding me it took almost four and a half hours for the motor club to call me back with this bullshit i just cant beleive what i was hearing i asked to speak with a supervisor the genleman was very polite and stated i don’t blame you mam thats unacceptable hear it is now 10:17pm and our truck still in cabazon , a supervisor by the name tina got on the phone she was very arrogant and could care less she stated i quote what do you want me to do i told her are you crazy its been over 9 hours since i called in and noone has tried to contact me in person this is very unprofessional i stated to her we have been members since august 2017 and we have never used your services until today and this is how you treat your members almost two years of services paying $6.90 every single month thats over $150 dollars i have invested and never had to use them not one time since we enrolled with union plus motor club and they would not tow my vehicle because of $115 dollars , thats ridiculous i am so dissappointed with the benefits they offer to there loyal members i am dissatisfied ,disgusted,dissappointed and i have been disrespected by union plus motor club i will be taking our buisness to a roadside assistance company that do appreciate our being good dedicated and loyal members .
i feel that they owe me an appology and should have done whatever means necessary to make sure there members are satisfied with there roadside assistance company and always repected as there 1 priority because without us members they would not have no place in the company . and i pray for there staff and especially there supervisor\'s , treat people as though you want to be treated god bless this company . thank you , sincerly ms.sheila denman.
