Coin Master complaint: Ripped off

My complaint:

I won 725 spins and around $500 million coins from the raidattack bar on Coin Master. They showed up for a minute then the spins and coins disappeared. Please give me my spins and coins.

This same thing happened to me a few months ago, but it was 900 spins I lost. I contacted you twice and that problem was never resolved as well.

I am getting very discouraged playing this game because of this. If this can’t be resolved I will close my account. I spend lots of money on this game.
