My complaint:

I have sent many emails regarding my complaint. I have not received anything back from support at all. My complaint is numerous people had an issue with the one event and it gave us 12K spins and it should have been 20 K spins. There are several people that have received 8k spins back that should have been given in the first place. I on the other hand have not received anything whatsoever. They always say that it is my game, my fault, my problem! That is so unfair that they give back to some and not get anything to others. Very soon there’s going to be a lot of people not playing this game because of said issues. All I want is for this game to be fair how to get the rewards to the people that have had the problem and to do so in a timely manner. I was also not fair you treated about a month ago during a viking quest game where I had nothing but issues with the gameplay I ended up losing out on my last gold card because of those issues. I have lost a lot of things from this game but because I like the game so much I continue to play. Soon that will not be the case if coin Master cannot be fair and return what is supposed to be given to the players.

I would like coin master to be fair to every one of it's players! I deserve those 8K spins just like everyone else because I was only given the 12K spins and it should have been the 20K. If numerous people that had the same issue have already received they're 8k spins then why can't the rest of us? Be fair to everyone and give me my spins please! Please do the right thing! Thank you!
