My complaint:

I bout a paysafe on the 5th of November for the Go local convenient store and it and no serial numberabd no 16 digit code on it.. went i took it back they refused to refund me and told me I at to ring paypoint.. so I randomly paysafe card customer service support and sent them a copy of the receipt and they email back saying the shop at to raise claim.. But there refusing to refund me back

I would be be happy if you could refund me back with a orignal paysafe please. I can send you copies of the emails if that would be helpful for you.
